In April 2014, Chiquita received her PhD in Social Work Services from the ELST School of Ministry in Houston, Texas.  She is an active member of Integrity Voice of Victory Church located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she serves as director of the counseling ministry.
Chiquita is a single mom of three beautifully gifted, anointed and talented children, two great sons-in-law and one very spoiled Long-Haired Chihuahua named Peanut.  Chiquita will be the first to admit that God is not just her Father but her ALL, and without HIM she can do nothing.  Chiquita is funny, real, wise and full of the joy of life and Spirit of Christ.  We are so excited to have her back at Overflow this year!

She has been asked to speak at several different woman's events, she has been on Great Day Houston and won Houston's funniest! Melissa has been a single mom for almost 18 years and will become a single empty nester in about 5 months.

"Melissa Williams is my mom-she has raised me for 18 years...she makes me laugh and listens even when I don't want her to. She is strict but I'm ok with it. She understands me and always wants to know more....even if I would rather not share. My mom shares her testimony anytime someone hands her the microphone. She has a way with words. She loves telling people about our sweet Jesus. She will challenge you and then validate you...ALL in the same day!" - Kyleigh (Melissa's 18 year old daughter)
