Friday Night Overflow September 30th!

Melissa Williams has been a huge part of Overflow from the beginning!  She was the opening speaker for the first conference (we will never ever forget the red umbrella!!), MC for the second conference and a wonderful breakout session speaker at the conference last June.  Many of the ladies attending found Melissa's session to be eye opening and have asked to hear more!  We asked and Melissa said "YES!" to coming back to speak at Friday Night Overflow to talk about how her dating life with Jesus is going lately and what she has been learning.  One thing you can count on with Melissa is a lot of laughs, some thoughts to hold on to and ponder for days and a different, but good way of seeing the truths and blessings of the Lord.  She keeps it real.  She keeps it funny.  She keeps it honest.

Crista Merrell, Bayou City Fellowship Global Women's Pastor, shared with us about her friend, Melissa:

Melissa Williams was put on this earth to make laughter in the Church a priority. She has a unique ability to entertain while at the same time communicating profound spiritual insight. She has walked many steps with God and loves and serves Him with such passion and joy that it is impossible to be with her and not want to walk with Him too. She has a way with words, is a great storyteller and is easily one of my favorite speakers to listen to because she acknowledges the holiness of God, the importance of relationship with Jesus and how intimidating it is to enter into a life lived in pursuit of Him. Melissa has been on Great Day Houston and had the honor of winning Houston’s Funniest Woman. Melissa has a daughter, Kyleigh, that she raised on her own. Kyleigh is a sophomore Razorback at Arkansas. I cannot wait for her to come to Friday Night Overflow and share about this session’s topic, “but we were on a BREAK!” Don’t miss this girl and her message!

Friday Night Overflow is a casual gathering with dinner for women who are parenting on their own. Come for the fun, to meet new friends, to be encouraged and to hear speaker Melissa Williams chat about relationships in “but we were on a BREAK!”

September 30th @ 7 to 9pm at 12715 Telge Road, Cypress 77429.
