Have you ever dreamed and prayed that your child could go to summer camp?
Pine Cove Silverado has generously donated a week of camp for Overflow to give away!
Pine Cove Silverado is a dream come true for elementary age campers entering 2nd–5th grade. This new camp is located next door to our Outback camp in Columbus, Texas, within driving distance of Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Silverado promises a week full of fun, great counselors, exciting activity classes, and an opportunity to grow in Christ. Along with hanging out with incredible counselors, Silverado campers will be able to ride horses, shoot BB guns and archery, blob their fellow campers in our lagoon, spend hours of fun in our pool, and zip through the air going down our Double Barrel Zip Line. Sound like fun? You bet! But even better, all this is happening while campers are learning more about Jesus Christ and how exciting a relationship with HIM really is.
There are a few requirements to be entered into the drawing!
- Mom must be registered to attend the Overflow conference before May 24th
- Be sure to check the box on the registration form to be entered!
- Your child must be a first time camper at Pine Cove
- Your child must be entering 2nd - 5th grade next September

Last year at Overflow 2015, a young mom, Tangela, won a week at Pine Cove camp for her son! She wrote us the best email ever after he went to camp and offered to let us share her words and some fun pictures with you today!
Thanks for checking in with us! We've been good, staying out of the heat.
Yes, he went to camp and loved it. The counselors and staff were enthusiastic and helpful from the moment we pulled in. We found his cabin right away and he picked his bed (he wanted to be early to have first pick). He met his counselor "Thinkster" who quickly put me at ease and made me comfortable leaving my baby. The transition was fast, after unpacking they take a swim test and remain in the pool area (no parents allowed). I did hang around outside the gates of the pool for awhile, not quite ready to go.
Pine Cove has an app you download where you can get pictures and video from every day, send campers mail, and read bios on the counselors. That app was amazingly helpful and made his first time at camp a lot easier for me. He had worship and Bible study everyday, which he enjoyed and learned a lot.
At pick-up we learned more about what happened during the week and how the camp benefits the community.
He wasn't ready to go. :-)
He was able to use everything in the trunk (you guys set him up nicely) and he even loaned the trunk to a family friend who was also going to Pine Cove.
Thanks so much. It was a great experience for our entire family, from the moment I decided to attend the conference until we picked him up from camp. It will have a lasting impression on all of us.
We cannot wait to see who will be going to Pine Cove this year!!
Will it be your son or daughter? Remember, to win you must be registered to attend Overflow 2016 before May 24th!
